Dental
Mobile-specific requirements identifiedThe Dental Board’s inspection instructions require dates, hours, and locations for mobile and off-site services at least 30 days before the earliest service date. The facility must pass inspection at least one business day before treating patients. These instructions also address portable operations outside public health programs.
Obtain current inspection requirements and fees from the Board before scheduling services.

Medical
Mobile-specific requirements identifiedNRS 449.01515 defines a mobile clinic by the medical services it provides. It excludes clinics operated by the specified medical facilities in NRS 449.0151(1) through (13) when those facilities hold the named Joint Commission or American Osteopathic Association accreditation; clinics operated by health centers funded under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act; and clinics operated under a Chapter 450B permit. The Section 330 language should not be extended automatically to every federally qualified health center look-alike or affiliated contractor.
Covered clinics require review under Chapter 449 and its mobile clinic standards. Exclusion from this definition does not remove other professional, facility, pharmacy, or radiation obligations.
