Mobile Health Operator Certification
Professional training is key to sustainable performance.
Most mobile health program staff feel unprepared without adequate training.
Drivers don’t know SOPs or safety procedures. Providers don’t understand the differences in layout or workflows. No one, without training, acts quickly and confidently in an emergency.
That means low productivity, expensive repair bills, days or even months of program delays, low morale, and ultimately poor patient experiences.

Initial Training
The worst feeling in the world is to when you feel alone. All of us (not just the training team) is here to help your team feel like they're never alone, and always in control.
Our training programs, a combination of classroom time and road-safety time, are customized by vehicle type, service line, and staff role. The Level 1 Operator Certification course is 3 days together at our NC plant learning systems, safety, and operations.
On-site training can be tailored by duration and intensity to your exact needs.
No matter what, we will work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team until you are ready to deliver safe, efficient care to your community.

The System
Experience is useless. Evaluated experience is priceless.
Things we learn that we remember and use every day to help our neighbors make a difference in a career.
Day 1: Classroom
We prepare lesson plans, course material, and a sample operations overview that outlines standard policies, procedures, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems, plus driving safety.
Day 2. Hands-On Training
Day 2 starts with systems training, where our team leads lead a hand-over-hand review of all operating systems that combine to create the mobile clinic environment.
The afternoon is behind-the-wheel training - route planning, parking, backing, railroad and fueling station, and navigation - as well as set up and strike SOPs.
Day 3: Review & Graduation
The last day combines a thorough and fun review evaluating all the prior day experiences and lessons, as well as a short exam to document the experience.
Graduates get to walk the red carpet and receive their diploma, marking successful completion of the course.

Why bother with training?
Your community deserves a mobile health program that runs like a finely-tuned race team, not every day a guessing game. Not knowing what to do will kill a program.
With training:
- Teams feel confident in daily operations
- Clinics run on time, are safe and compliant
- Patients receive a more enjoyable experience
- Executives receive less "We can't go today," "I've had another accident," or "Hey, what do I do?" calls
What If You Don’t Have a Training Partner?
• Clinics can sit unused for weeks due to simple fixes or "looking for someone who can drive it."
• Staff burnout from constant chaos
• Missed events, clinic days, and eroded patient trust
• Small problems, like a simple leak, can become tens of thousands of dollars in repair bills
