Medical
Mobile-specific requirements identifiedIndiana’s registration program covers entities licensed or registered in another state, foreign country, or province that provide services for a short period in an Indiana mobile facility or temporary location. Obtain the Department of Health certificate before operating and follow the program’s renewal process. The legal authorities are IC 16-41-42.1 and 410 IAC 15.1.
This is an out-of-state entity program; it is not a general mobile-clinic license for all Indiana providers.
