Dental
Mobile-specific requirements identifiedArk. Code §§ 17-82-601 through 17-82-613 regulate mobile dental facilities. The operator must be an Arkansas-licensed dentist.
The facility needs a permit before operating, a $5,000 application payment, and at least $1 million in general liability insurance. The Board determines compliance before issuing the permit. Review the Act for inspection, follow-up care, consent, records, reporting, and staffing duties.

Medical
Mobile-specific requirements identified20 CAR § 43-153 addresses mobile, transportable, and relocatable clinical facilities within hospital rules. Its applicability depends on the sponsoring facility and services. Ask the Department of Health which facility standards apply to your program; this hospital provision does not establish that every independent mobile primary care clinic needs a hospital license.
