Dental
Mobile-specific requirements identifiedA.R.S. § 32-1299.22 requires mobile dental facilities and portable dental providers to obtain a permit. Subsection B permits a licensee without that permit to provide occasional off-site care to a patient of record, government services, occasional care without charge to the patient or a third party, accredited dental or hygiene school services, permitted mobile anesthesia, or affiliated-practice dental hygiene. Verify the exact exception for the proposed operation.
Under § 32-1299.23, renew annually by the last day of the permit issuance month; report address or contact changes within ten days. A change of ownership requires a new application.
