Abstract
Access to dermatologic care remains a persistent challenge in underserved communities, where workforce shortages, geographic barriers, and delayed referrals contribute to unmet medical and surgical needs. This editorial highlights the conceptual role of mobile dermatology clinics in improving access, reducing structural barriers, and supporting equitable delivery of dermatologic care.
