Why this matters
Knowing the barriers to a mobile clinic is less useful than knowing which strategies address them. An analysis of 16 people across 10 pharmacist-driven programs matched barriers to implementation strategies and selected eleven, including preparing champions, assessing readiness, and capturing local knowledge.
Abstract
A secondary analysis of semi-structured interviews with 16 participants from 10 pharmacist-driven MHCs was conducted. Barriers and facilitators were mapped to CFIR constructs. Top matched strategies to address barriers: identify and prepare champions; assess readiness; promote adaptability; capture and share local knowledge; conduct local consensus discussions. 11 strategies were selected for model incorporation.
