Established in 2018 following the sale of Fidelis Care, the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation has been dedicated to improving health outcomes for underserved populations. By early 2025, the foundation had awarded over $1 billion in grants, including $203 million in year-end grants for 2024.

The foundation’s grants support a wide range of health-related programs, including those focused on mental health services, dental care, healthcare worker training and recruitment, and long-term care for the elderly and disabled individuals. Approximately half of the grants continue support for previous recipients, emphasizing the foundation’s commitment to sustained impact.
