Abstract

A cross-sectional study of 253 clients in a mobile health clinic serving people experiencing homelessness in Sydney, Australia. Mean age 40.2 years; 60.9% male. 56.9% of clients screened positive for depression (PHQ-9 ≥ 5). Health-related quality of life (EQ-5D-5L) mean was 0.60, significantly lower than Australian norms. Pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression domains were most affected. Results highlight the mental and physical health burdens among PEH.
