Abstract
This paper describes integration of pharmacy, dental, and mental health services into an existing mobile health unit serving underserved communities in a metropolitan area. Over 12 months, the expanded mobile unit served 1,847 patients. 76% were African American, 42% uninsured. The program provided 489 dental encounters, 312 mental health screenings, and 1,046 medication therapy management consultations. Integration of services was feasible and well-received by patients and providers.
