Characteristics of Adult Users of a Mobile Integrated Healthcare Program: A Retrospective Cohort Study.

Abstract
This retrospective study described adult users of the MGB Mobile Response Program, an emergency medicine-led mobile health program in Boston. Of 1,655 referrals, 1,058 were accepted and 927 resulted in care visits. Median age was 72 years. Most common chief complaints were falls (15.2%), medication management (10.5%), and blood pressure concerns. 16.3% were referred to the ED. Most visits were managed without ED transport, demonstrating effective in-home acute care.
