On-site Service and Maintenance

Our client experience team offers real-time troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance, wherever you are in the world, all without taking your unit to a dealer and all the hassle that entails.
When things go wrong (and they will) you have a choice to be in that dark parking lot alone, or there with one of us, handling things for you.

Our national support team doesn't run programs. but they will keep your program running. Long-standing relationships, short-cuts, best-practices - whether it’s a scheduled inspection, a crisis call, or help with the DMV, we’ll be on-site, by your side, ASAP and already familiar with your layout and systems.
If and when we do need to make a stop at a shop for tires or brakes or other repairs, we are your advocate. We will not let your unit sit for weeks and months while they "get to it." We have negotiated national relationships with a variety of service providers to deliver your team white-glove, front-of-the-line service due to the critical nature of your work.
Maybe you have those relationships; maybe you don't. Many who don't end up unknowingly paying exorbitant repair bills from unscrupulous or uneducated repair shops.

How We Work Together
For a nominal annual fee, we provide oversight and scheduled regular maintenance, and your teams have unlimited access to our team for service and repair orders.
We have two payment methods: a maintenance fund or per visit.
We pay for everything and invoice the office, so there are no payments required in the field.
Step 1: You have a service or maintenance appointment.
You use our app, text, email, phone, or QR code to log an issue or schedule a service call at a time convenient for you.
Step 2: A Certified Technician from your area shows up
Our mobile tech shows up on-site with parts, tools, and knowledge.
They will service, repair, or otherwise resolve your issue, or escalate the resolution to our service supervisors for further action.
Step 3: You Keep Seeing Patients
We fix it fast and follow up often to keep your clinic reliably on station and mission-ready every day.
